September 17th, 2005

AIR Houston Logo
It’s that time of year again. The Accessibility Internet Rally (AIR) is starting up again in Houston. I will be teaching the first Accessibility 101 and CSS training courses for 2005 at the University of Houston tomorrow. If you are a web designer, developer, information architect, or any other type of web professional in the Houston area it’s not too late to sign-up. You will receive free accessibility, css layout and accessible multimedia training as a participant in the competition. You can register your team on the Knowbility web site.

New to the AIR Houston program this is are the corporate accessibility awards. The AIR-Houston Corporate Accessibility Awards are intended to identify and recognize the companies taking the lead in creating accessible Web sites and applications in the Houston area. Did you think you company deserves an award for the accessibility of its web site? Complete the Corporate Accessibility Nomination Form to nominate your company.
