Cultivating Creativity In The Workplace

A common question get asked when I speak on creativity is “How do you get employees to be more creative?” The truth of the matter is that you can’t get people to be more creative you have to 1) create and environment the fosters creativity 2) Be willing to allow people to make the mistakes that comes from active experimentation.
