Do appearances mean everything? What does design mean to you. I used to dread answering those questions because most of the time I felt like it would turn into a philosophical debate about the merits of design as a part of the business life cycle. What I have become more keenly aware of is this - customer will never judge you solely by outward appearance of your product. Consumers are beginning to understand that how it is sold, how it is delivered, in combination with the end result is really what matters to them to them.
